Milan Day provides a catalog of physical printed books, charts, calendars and stationery. Prices, product condition, availability, delivery charges and estimated dispatch dates should be confirmed with support before payment.
2. Order confirmation
Placing items in the cart, entering a checkout amount or returning from the UPI app does not constitute an accepted, paid or dispatched order. The website's “Pending Verification” record is saved only in your browser. A seller must independently verify payment and confirm the order.
3. Payment verification
The checkout uses the merchant UPI ID 3217361a@bandhan, whose beneficiary is shown as Kalyan Matka Book. Before paying, confirm the beneficiary details and exact amount in your UPI app. Keep your transaction reference. If payment status is uncertain, check your UPI app and contact support before attempting another payment.
4. Wrong, damaged or missing products
If a delivered physical item is wrong, damaged or missing, contact us with your name, product, delivery details and photos if available. Our team will review the issue and explain the appropriate replacement or refund process in accordance with applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
5. Cancellations and returns
For cancellation or return requests, contact support promptly with the products involved and any payment reference. Eligibility, return instructions, pickup or shipping arrangements, and any applicable timelines will be confirmed based on the circumstances and legal requirements. This website does not promise an unsupported fixed return period or an automatic online refund facility.
6. Refunds
Where a refund is approved or legally required, the seller will communicate the applicable refund method and processing details. Please do not share banking passwords, card PINs or UPI PINs with support.
